When we last talked to Karen Johnson, and Justin Engelbrecht of Stratetic Financial(SFC), they said no refund. However, they emailed me to call them to discuss about our complaint over the phone, so we plan to do that shortly.

Sean Higgins Real Estate sells via infomercial an online and telephone based course on how to purchase county tax defaulted property liens and deeds. Our complaints are with Strategic Financial Companies, LLC and Strategic Tax Services, LLP, the QRP (Qualified Retirement Plan) support branches of Sean Higgins' Wealth Without Risk (WWR).
Via railroading and bait & switch tactics, they sold us a $4970 package for LLC company formation and its tax services for a program called a "qualified retirement plan" which may be appropriate for very experienced investors, but not someone just
enrolled Sean Higgin's WWR program. They pray on people who don't know anything about the business. SFC has very negative reviews at Better Business Bureau. At initial presentation time and until we gave them our credit card number and before a big package of LLC business binders arrived , there was mention only of "Strategic Financial Services".
"Strategic Financial Companies, LLC" is the only phrase that brings up their "F" in BBB. We checked using Strategic Financial Services, missing their BBB "F" grade. Our main point is that at initial sales time they said we need the LLC company formation and its tax services right away when in reality it takes months for deed & lien novice investors to get sophisticated enough to need such services. Strategic Financial secretly set up the company in Delaware in 9 days (we were originally told it would take one month) and ducked status checks by not responding to our email inquiry or saying support people are out on vacation.
They have very poor customer service when we need the info regarding the timeline of what they do. We never used the tax services, the services of the LLC company or QRP set up because the futility of deeds & lien acquisition became apparent soon enough. Refund policy: They say no refund but that policy was never mentioned up to where we gave them our card number after two big binders arrived. They never sent any contract or agreement to sign, and when we said we want to cancel the LLC, they sent us letter saying we have to sign "No-Refund" policy for the first time.
This company operates very deceitfully, providing the service that is not needed at all and insists on No Refund policy. They engage in malicious sales practices and should be considered a scam.
